TGMA Reschedules Upcoming Event

The organizers of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) , Charterhouse have rescheduled the upcoming event to May 10, 2025, at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre, a week later than the previously announced date of May 3. This adjustment also affects related events as stated, “this change, regrettably affects the calendar of activities leading to the main awards ceremony.” The Master Class will now take place on Thursday, May 8, and the Pre-Party on Friday, May 9.

Voting is currently open for the TGMAs. Fans can support their favorite artists by dialing *1767# and following the prompts, or by voting online at www.GhanaMusicAwards.com.

The TGMAs honor outstanding achievements in the Ghanaian music industry, featuring live performances and award presentations. There has been a lot of debates and conversation about who wins the coverted Artist of the year award so far.  The nominees for Artiste of the Year include Kweku Smoke, Team Eternity, Joe Mettle, King Paluta, King Promise, Stonebwoy, and Black Sherif. The event is organized by Charterhouse Productions and is in its 26th year. The ceremony will be broadcast live on TV3 at 8 PM and streamed on YouTube via Charterhouse Live.
