The Met Gala is undoubtedly the biggest fashion event in the world bringing together various celebrities, designers, and cultural icons from around the world to celebrate fashion and glamour. Beyond that, it is an avenue to raise funds for the Costume Institute.
Hosted by Vogue’s editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, the event is often dubbed the “Oscars of fashion.”
The theme for this year’s Met Gala was “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style”, the first since 2003 to focus exclusively on menswear.
